About Us
The Director: Paul Brantley (Ph.D., Ohio State) directed several national and global evaluation projects while teaching evaluation methodology at Andrews University for 15 years. He was the 2002 recipient of the J.N. Andrews Medallion. More recently, he inaugurated leadership development and evaluation at Florida Hospital—one of America’s largest health care institutions. Dr. Brantley serves as a general field secretary of the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists.
Support Personnel: Iris Kitching, administrative assistant, manages office operations. Mrs. Kitching has served as an assistant editor in the Department of Women’s Ministries. She has rich experience in writing, and layout. In addition, skilled consultants are available to serve in specific areas of need. OAPE’s Guidance Committee is co-chaired by Michael Ryan, Vice President, and Orville Parchment, Assistant to the President at Adventist World Headquarters in Silver Spring, Maryland.
Our goal is to help each department and level of Church organization set up robust assessment systems. We invite your ideas, comments, and suggestions toward helping this office—and our Church—render highest quality service.
